*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Outdoor Communal Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, covered parking

PARKING: Each unit offers covered parking for 2 midsized vehicles. Be sure to park in the correct space designated for your unit. Please refrain from parking in another units designated space, on the grass or street or your vehicle could be towed.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Spinnaker Pointe complex offers 5 buildings which each have 2 over/under duplex units. Unit A is just above parking in each building with only one flight of stairs to enter the unit. Unit B is the top floor unit of each building and it requires two flights of stairs to enter the unit.

Unit 3 B offers a large outdoor balcony with access from both the living area and the master bedroom. This space offers a table with seating, and a chaise lounge for enjoying either a nap or a good book.

Enjoy a little peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico from this upper level balcony. The building of the high rises has restricted the view but not the smell of the salt air that flows freely here on the coast

Upon entering Unit 3B you can take a left to go into the kitchen, take a right to go into 2 of the bedrooms or walk straight to go into the dining and living area. This unit offers plenty of space for the whole family.

The large kitchen offers both large and small appliances. Large appliances include a built in microwave, electric stove with smooth cook top surface, a dishwasher, and a side by side refrigerator. The small appliances include an auto drip coffee maker, toaster and blender.

The kitchen offers plenty of cabinetry and is fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware, bakeware, glassware, and dishes for preparing and serving your meals while enjoying your stay.

The large kitchen offers a large bar with seating for 4. This is a great spot for serving the kids or seating for additional guests.

The dining area offers a table with seating for 4 with 4 additional seats located at the adjacent bar.
