IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TROPICAL WINDS:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Gulf Front Outdoor Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Fitness Room, Boardwalk to Beach.

*PARKING: Tropical Winds offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed. 1 Pass is included in your booking but if you need a 2nd pass you will need to purchase it through our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival, your parking pass(es) will be on the kitchen counter in your unit. Tropical Winds has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

TROPICAL WINDS UNIT 301:
Spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit located in the heart of gulf shores...Only minutes from shopping, dining, and area attractions. This 3rd floor corner unit offers direct gulf front views and beach access is only steps away.
The living room features a Sleeper Sofa, two recliners, an easy chair, television and balcony access. The balcony is set up with table and chairs, and is a perfect space to enjoy the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 6. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, drip coffee maker & Keurig, and is fully equipped with cookware and utensils for preparing your meals.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, television, private bathroom, and balcony access.
Bedroom 2 offers queen bedding and also a Television. One guest bedroom offers a private bath while the other bedrooms share a hall bath. Bedroom 3 offers king bedding and also has a television.

Area attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger outlet mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Tropical winds offers a communal, outdoor pool, and a boardwalk takes you directly to the beach. It is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS casinos are only two hours away!

  This condo is super nice and right on the beach. We had a bit of confusion on getting the key. Perhaps putting the key on the door knob of the actual condo unit in the locked box would be more helpful as opposed to the stairwell. It's a long walk to 59 where all the action is but a short car ride. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay here again in the near future.

  We had a wonderful stay for the Hangout Festival! It took just minutes to bike down and we were right on the gulf. Everyone enjoyed the condo and pool/beach area. Regina was an awesome agent to deal with the entire time from booking until checking in. Would def recommend to anyone.
