*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Gulf Front Outdoor Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Fitness Room, Boardwalk to Beach.

*PARKING: Tropical Winds offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed. 1 Pass is included in your booking but if you need a 2nd pass you will need to purchase it through our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival, your parking pass(es) will be on the kitchen counter in your unit. Tropical Winds has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

    This condo is super nice and right on the beach. We had a bit of confusion on getting the key. Perhaps putting the key on the door knob of the actual condo unit in the locked box would be more helpful as opposed to the stairwell. It's a long walk to 59 where all the action is but a short car ride. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay here again in the near future.

    We had a wonderful stay for the Hangout Festival! It took just minutes to bike down and we were right on the gulf. Everyone enjoyed the condo and pool/beach area. Regina was an awesome agent to deal with the entire time from booking until checking in. Would def recommend to anyone.
