The Rookery III Unit 7024:
Cute cottage located in the heart of Ft. Morgan & Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge! The complex offers 2 Pools, Kiddie Pool, Gazebo...and is only minutes from the sandy white beaches of the Gulf!

This three bedroom/ two bath unit offers plenty of room for your vacation. The large kitchen is stocked with all the cookware needed for lunch or dinner. The living room has a sleeper sofa, television, access to the screened porch. The Primary Bedroom features King Bedding, television with DVD, and private bathroom, which offers a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed with television & DVD; Bedroom 3 features Built in Twin bunks with 2 Full beds underneath, a television & DVD. Both guest bedrooms share a spacious bathroom that features a standing shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: 2 Outdoor Pools, 1 Kiddie Pool, & Clubhouse with restrooms by pool, High Speed, Fiber Internet

*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendor, Island Carts, LLC. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking pass per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. You will receive a leash cover for each registered pet, which must be used at all times. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

    We stayed at the Rookery for seven nights. The house is beautiful and decorated very nicely. Had everything we needed. Also the house is very spacious. Its much roomier than it looks in the pictures online. We had eight guests and had plenty of room. The only problem we had was one of the toilets backed up twice but the maintenance guy was there right away both times and he was very nice. Oh and one of the tubs drains really slow. Other than that our stay was perfect. The house is a little far from town but very close to the beach ( three min car ride or ten min walk). The two poolson the property were nice and we pretty much had them all to ourselves. Just be sure to bring insect repellent! The mosquitos were horrible!

    This place is great. The Luna Beach Properties staff are very friendly. Its refreshing to rent a place from people who actually care that your stay is not only satisfactory but easy and enjoyable. The place is beautiful and the location was perfect. There is plenty of room in this affordable place. I'm looking to go back as soon as I can.

    We had a great time in Fort Morgan! We loved the house! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We even contributed to the 'stock' :). I would definitely recommend!
