IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SPINNAKER POINTE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Outdoor Communal Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, covered parking

PARKING: Each unit offers covered parking for 2 midsized vehicles. Be sure to park in the correct space designated for your unit. Please refrain from parking in another units designated space, on the grass or street or your vehicle could be towed.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

SPINNAKER POINTE UNIT 4B:
Spacious 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath unit in low-density complex, located in the heart of Gulf Shores...and offers Gulf & Little Lagoon Views!! The large balcony, with seating, is accessible from the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.

The Living Room offers one sleeper sofa, 2 comfy side chairs and a television for enjoying in your spare time. Adjacent to the Living Room is the Kitchen and Dining Area. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a home cooked meal, or a snack on the way to the beach. The Dining Area has a table with seating for 6, and seating with four barstools offered at the adjacent bar.

The Primary Bedroom features a King size bed with chest, ample closet space, and television. The private Bath offers a standing shower, garden tub, single vanity with plenty of cabinet space, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. The second bedroom features Queen bedding, chest of drawers, and ample closet space. Bedroom three, or the Kids Nook, offers two sets of Twin over Twin Bunk Beds and a chest of drawers. The shared guest bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen, features a single vanity, tub/shower combo, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

Although Spinnaker Pointe is located just across the street from the beach, there is no beach access directly across the street. Access to the beach is located to the east approximately 2 blocks and is a public access with a crosswalk, parking if you decide to drive, and public restrooms.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Spinnaker Pointe is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

    Our weekend vacation at Spinnaker Pointe was wonderful. The unit was nice and clean upon arrival. We had absoulutely no problems to report. Easy access to beach and the pool was right next door which the kids loved.... Would definately rent this unit again if we make our way back to Gulf Shores. The only draw back was that it was not beach side. Other than that, I was very satisfied with this unit and the management company I worked with in reserving this unit. Thank You very much for a very memorable weekend.

    The property description was very accurate on the location, amenities and layout. It was perfect. Pier 33 was in your backyard; this store has everything from groceries to toys! The balcony was great(lots of rocking chairs), just steps away from the pool(great size 3-5 ft,very clean), and an easy walk to the beach. The bonus of this unit, you have wonderful covered parking, a hose pipe to wash off and your own beach storage unit...absolutely perfect! Other guest had left umbrellas, chairs, coolers, floats, sand pails. We left a surf board and all our crab nets! The kids loved this area. The unit had average quality furniture, nothing fancy. However, it had all you needed! The beds slept great and the large shower/tub were pleasant. The kitchen was stocked well, party platters, bowls, spreaders, pots and pans, even a pampered chef pizza cutter, lots of extras! Washer/dryer worked well. The rental management staff, Chris Allred was excellent. Negative part of stay: the unit needed a deep cleaning, badly. All window seals had layers of hair and dust. Ceiling fan blades had lots of dust. No filter in return unit, cover was filthy. Bathroom floors still had hair and dirt on them, very noticeable near the base boards and in behind the door. Bed sheets and toilet were clean. Several items damaged: red colander cracked, red mixing bowl cracked, rocking chair seat cracked, frog table broke, coral tray torn on one side...all items that should have been taken out by house keeping. Called management staff (very compassionate)and they offered to send the cleaning lady back, declined. This was definitely was a spot cleaning of unit. It needed a deep cleaning ASAP or a new regular house keeper! Would stay here again after a good cleaning of unit... We took a private charter with Mitchell Davis for shark fishing and shrimping! Loved it! He suggested Diamond Jim's on Canal Road for a great steak, hands down the best place on the beach.

    Overall our stay was good. The condo was good for our party size, however I had to do a little cleaning once I got there.
    The ceiling fans were covered with dust, so of course when you turn them on dust goes everywhere.
    The stove top had grease spots all over it where it was not wiped down after someone had cooked on it and the microwave the same.
    We moved one of the sleeper sofas out to make up for use and found that it had not been swept under in a long time. We found paper pirate hats and small candy wrappers under it also.
    The positives were it accommodated our large party well and was close to the beach. We also loved the covered parking and the water hose under the building to rinse the sand off after our beach visits. Also, our dyer unit made a horrible noise so we were afraid to use it. We called Luna beach and they had someone out to look at it within a couple of hours and it was fixed the next day. That was very impressive service.
    Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

    My family goes to Gulf Shores every year and we always stay in the same condo. This year we needed a bigger condo and I found this one at Spinnaker Point. It was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of space, it was super clean, and the location couldn't have been better. We were literally across the street from the beach! We had a beach view and a lagoon view from the balcony. The Pier 33 grocery store is about 20 steps from the condo and we were about a 5 minute walk from all the action, which was a huge plus! This is by far our favorite condo in Gulf Shores and we will definitely be requesting to stay here every year. Thank you Luna Beach Properties!
