This unit is a 1300 sq. ft., top floor, corner unit. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroomss, an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this property is capable of comfortably sleeping 9 adults. It offers stunning views of the beaches, and lagoon, from the top floor of the complex, as well as a direct pool view.
The spacious kitchen offers both small and large appliances, and is fully stocked with all items needed for preparing your meals during your stay. The open dining area features a table with seating for 6, with additional seats offered at the adjacent bar.
The spacious Living Area provides plenty of seating, including a sofa sleeper for additional, overnight guests, and access to the spacious balcony. Enjoy endless views of the Gulf of America from this top floor, corner unit.
The Lagoon side bedroom features a King size bed, television, and access to the Lagoon view balcony. A Nice roomy closet, vanity area, with a shower, and whirlpool tub is also provided.
The Middle bedroom features a full and twin size bed, a private bathroom that offers a single vanity, standing shower, and also a television.
The Beach side bedroom features Queen bedding, and a spacious bathroom that can either be accessed from the living area or bedroom. The bathroom features a combination tub/shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. The Beach front bedroom also offers balcony access and a television for enjoying in your down time.

Convenience is the key to renting at Ocean House! This Gulf front complex is located directly on the white sand beaches, approximately a mile from downtown Gulf Shores. Ocean House offers a zero-entry pool with large sun deck, lounge chairs, and BBQ grills.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

*PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

*PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
