*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com.     We had a wonderful time. The agent, Chris, was extremely helpful. The pictures of the condo were accurate. It was very clean as well as the amenities. We would love to come back in the future. The only problem we had was on our last night we found a puddle of water right by the air conditioner, we called maintenance and within half an hour someone was there to look at it. They discovered one of the bathtubs/showers was leaking through the air conditioner vent. A Security guard is always there so we felt comfortable allowing our grandkids to go to the pool by themselves.
