IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OCEAN HOUSE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

OCEAN HOUSE II UNIT 2601:
Every square inch of space was utilized in the design of Ocean House II! This spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo is located on the 6th floor East corner, offering a Northern & Southern Balcony. The Northern Balcony overlooks Little Lagoon, while the Southern Balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

The Living Room offers two full-sized sofas, one of which is a Sleeper Sofa, and a television for entertainment after a long day on the beach. The adjacent Galley Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, & dishes. The Dining Area has a table with seating for 6, plus two bar stools at the adjacent bar.

Bedroom 1 is located on the North side of the unit and features King Bedding, walk-in closet, and private balcony. Bedroom 1 also offers a television, and a private full size bathroom that is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

The two Guest Bedrooms offer Queen Bedding with private baths. Both bedrooms have a television. The Southern Bedroom has a tub/shower combo and balcony access. The middle bedroom has a standing shower, each fully stocked with linens for your stay.

Ocean House offers a beautiful, zero entry pool that is perfect for little ones. A Hot Tub is featured, as well as a nice boardwalk that takes you to the beach.

Area Attractions close by are: The Wharf, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Ocean House is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

    We had a wonderful time. The agent, Chris, was extremely helpful. The pictures of the condo were accurate. It was very clean as well as the amenities. We would love to come back in the future. The only problem we had was on our last night we found a puddle of water right by the air conditioner, we called maintenance and within half an hour someone was there to look at it. They discovered one of the bathtubs/showers was leaking through the air conditioner vent. A Security guard is always there so we felt comfortable allowing our grandkids to go to the pool by themselves.
