IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LAGOON RUN::

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Lagoon Run complex offers an Outdoor communal Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, First come, First serve Boat Ramp and Dock, Deeded Beach Access. (1) Elevator, Lagoon Front

*PARKING: A Parking Permit is required and must be visibly displayed in your vehicle. (1) Permit is included in your booking. If you need a 2nd permit you must contact our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival, the passes will be inside the unit on the kitchen counter.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

LAGOON RUN UNIT 311:
Lagoon Run is located directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, provides deeded beach access, boat ramp, and trailer parking. This 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath with Loft condo is convenient to dining and shopping.
The spacious kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and is stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes for preparing meals. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four while the kitchen bar seats three.
The Living Room has a Sofa Sleeper, Recliner, two Easy Chairs, and Television. A large deck with seating and views of Little Lagoon is accessible from the living room.
The Primary Bedroom & Guest Bedroom have King Bedding and Televisions. The Primary Bathroom offers a tiled walk-in shower, while the Guest Bathroom offers a tub with tile surround. The upstairs Loft has a Queen Bed, which offers an additional sleeping space for overnight guests, and TV. This space is considered a loft but is completely closed off for additional privacy.

Area Attractions close by are: The Wharf, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Lagoon Run is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

  The property was very conveniently located. The beach is just right across the street, and the lagoon is right on the property. The unit was clean and worked perfectly for our group of 7!The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only complaint that I would have is that the elevator is very old and I was almost afraid to use it because of all the creaking and moaning it did. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

  The condo was nice and clean, but the fans and headboards were covered with dust. I assume they had been this way for quite awhile. The atmosphere was good, beach access is directly across the street. the beach is small but nice and quiet. We ate at Desotos and the food was wonderful also to save $ we ordered seafood from S&S that was great too! Hangout was very overpriced, $18.00 for two draft beers, but a fun atmosphere.I believe the outside was being painted and there were several outside lights out. all in all I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely go back.
