IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LANI KAI VILLAGE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Covered Parking, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Charcoal Grill, Beach Access

*PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space. Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces. Parking Permits are required, included in your booking and will be in the unit on the kitchen counter at arrival. Permits are to be visibly displayed in your vehicle(s) at all times.

*PETS: This property IS NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet on site can result in fines or possible eviction.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

LANI KAI VILLAGE UNIT 226:
This unit at Lani Kai Village offers gorgeous sunset views over Little Lagoon from the North balcony and Gulf views from the South balcony, which offers seating and a table. Lani Kai Village is located directly across the street, within walking distance, from the Gulf of Mexico.

The Living, Dining, Kitchen combo offers plenty of space for you and your family to dine or relax while watching a movie in front of the flat screen. The kitchen offers plenty of cookware for a meal on the go or a family meal after a day at the beach!

Bedroom 1 offers Queen bedding and private Bath, with tiled standing shower and built-in seat. Bedroom 1 also offers limited views of the Gulf. Bedroom 2 has Twin bedding and views of the Lagoon. The second bathroom is located in the hall adjacent to the bedroom.

Lani Kai Village is centrally located in Gulf Shores.

  We stayed in the Lani kai Village Unit 226 for our first real family vacation. It was more than I had expected. We are a family of six and had plenty of room. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. We had an issue with the door on our first day, but called and it was fixed by the next morning. Almost everywhere we went was within walking distance. It was decorated so nicely and made our trip just that much more special. We would visit again and I would recommend it to anyone.

  We really enjoyed or stay at Luna Beach 226. The unit was exactly at pictured. The unit will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Everything worked well. This unity does have a washer and dryer. The pool area was great, and the beach was easy to access. It's right across the road. We would certainly stay in this unit again.

  We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores, The condo was just as pictured, clean neat, well equipped (glassware, pots, pans etc) and flat screen tv's. The condo is within walking distance of shopping and dining. It is on the top (second) floor and for people that have trouble with stairs that might be a problem. This was the second year that we have rented this condo and the addition of wireless internet was greatly appreciated.
