IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE COVE UNIT 217A:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: The Cove complex offers an outdoor pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, and a boat launch.

*PARKING: The Cove offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. There is an assigned space available and guest spaces available, however due to limited parking only 2 vehicles are allowed. The guest parking spaces are in the gravel lot next to the boat ramp. Each vehicle must have a parking pass, which is located on the kitchen counter at arrival. Boat/ trailer parking is available across the street next to the boat launch and is a limited, first come, first serve basis. Spaces for boat/trailer parking is not guaranteed.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

The Cove 217A:
Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this one bedroom/ two bath unit with loft is located across the street from the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. To access the beach from this awesome unit, you will use any of the public beach entries located only a short walk away.

The Cove offers ceramic tile throughout, carpeted bedroom areas, nice furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, indirect views of Little Lagoon, and overlooks the pool. The complex also has a boat launch on Little Lagoon that is available for use at no additional charge or fees.

The Living Room offers a sleeper sofa and two easy chairs with television. Adjacent to the Living Room is the fully stocked Kitchen with Dining Area. Bedroom 1 is located on the main level and offers a queen bed with dresser and ample closet space. The upstairs Loft also offers a queen bed with chest of drawers and updated bathroom with standing shower. Tasteful decorations make this budget friendly unit very relaxing!

The Cove is centrally located between Mobile & Pensacola Airports. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only 2 hours away!

    The unit was clean and in a great location, however the washer and dryer in the unit did not work well. The washer would not spin the clothes at all and the dryer would not turn. We would stay in the unit again based on its convince to restaurants, shopping and the beach, but would like to have a working washer/dryer. Also my son broke his leg while there and the 2 flights of stairs were difficult and there was no elevator, would not recommend to anyone with any type of mobility or endurance issues.

    The property is across the street from the ocean. There isn't much privacy with the rooms but it wasn't a problem for our group. Luna Beach Properties was very easy to work with and helpful. When I couldn't find the internet password, they responded promptly with a reply.
