*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. Clearwater has limited parking, therefore only (1) parking pass is included in your reservation. No additional passes can be purchased. Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.     Enjoyable stay for us. Management company was wonderful and responsive, and the beach view was terrific. Close to local restaurants and state pier. Would recommend the owner do some upgrades, reason for 3 stars on furniture quality. But room was large and AC worked great. Would stay again.
