The spacious Living Room has a sleeper sofa with ottoman, two recliners, & a Television for enjoying your downtime. The adjacent Dining Area offers a table with seating for 6 and bar stools for 2, seating a total of 8! The updated kitchen offers tons of cabinetry, granite counterops, black appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware & utensils needed for meal prepping.
The GULF FRONT Balcony offers 2 chaise lounge chairs and table with 2 chairs--perfect for sunbathing or enjoying an afternoon with family or friends!
Bedroom 1 has King Bedding, Television, & balcony access. The Guest Bedroom has King Bedding and also provides a television. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms that are fully stocked with linens for your stay!

Ocean House offers a zero-entry pool with large sun deck and lounge chairs.

Ocean House is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

  I loved the actual condo and the view was spectacular. My whole experience was very positive with the exception of one thing. I was under the impression that the two small round "pools" by the main pool were hot tubs. They are not. They are only kiddie pools so this condo does not have any hot tubs at all. I think it would be wonderful if they could make these into hot tubs because kids can take advantage of the zero entry pool.

  The condo was okay. We enjoyed the location. The condo was not very clean and really only sleeps 5 because the sleeper sofa is too uncomfortable to use. The pool size was nice but pool was always cloudy and management closes the entire pool area at 10 pm.

  We had a wonderful week! Chris and Regina at Luna Beach Properties were great to work with, and the condo was very nice! Our only suggestions would be to offer some sort of padding for the fold-out bed, as it lacked a lot to be desired for a comfortable night sleep, the horizontal shades for the sliding doors were nice, but you were unable to get out the doors in the morning without raising them all the way up which disturbed others sleeping in the same rooms, and the kitchen lacked large cooking spoons! None of which kept us from enjoying our vacation!

  The condo was clean, nicely equipped and provided everything we needed for a good get-away. Not as big as the other condos up and down the beach meant that the beaches in front of this condo were not as crowded! Within walking distance of the Hang-Out and other shops was a plus.
