*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: 2 Outdoor Pools, 1 Kiddie Pool, & Clubhouse with restrooms by pool, High Speed, Fiber Internet

*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendor, Island Carts, LLC. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. You will receive a leash cover for each registered pet, which must be used at all times.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com
