*PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly. Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines and possible eviction!

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
