IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY III:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property.

*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendors only. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite, designated parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely, and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. You will receive a leash cover for each registered pet, which must be used at all times. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com.
