IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Two Saltwater Pools (the larger of the two is a zero entry for the little ones), Hot Tub for the adults, Tennis Court, Family Grilling Area

PARKING: The Rookery offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. One pass is automatically added to the booking for a fee of $40 plus tax. If you need to purchase a 2nd pass ($40 + tax), you will need to contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival and arrange a payment method. Parking passes are placed in the unit on the kitchen counter prior to guest arrival. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available, however they are only allowed in the designated area and need to have contact info visible in case they need to be moved.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
