IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY:
*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Two Saltwater Pools (the larger of the two is a zero entry for the little ones), Hot Tub for the adults, Tennis Court, Family Grilling Area
PARKING: The Rookery offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. One pass is automatically added to the booking for a fee of $25 plus tax. If you need to purchase a 2nd pass ($25 + tax), you will need to contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival and arrange a payment method. Parking passes are placed in the unit on the kitchen counter prior to guest arrival. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available, however they are only allowed in the designated area and need to have contact info visible in case they need to be moved.
PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
THE ROOKERY UNIT 3402--
This spacious, yet cozy cottage features 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, and an awesome screened porch for enjoying outdoors without having to battle the elements.
The Living Area offers plenty of seating, which includes a sofa sleeper for additional, overnight guests, and a television for entertainment in your down time.
The large kitchen features both small and large appliances, and is fully stocked with all items needed for preparing meals during your stay, and also a spacious Dining Table with ample seating for each member of your group.
The Primary Bedroom features King bedding, plenty of storage for your personal belongings in the dresser and closet, a television, and also a private bathroom. The spacious, private bathroom features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2 features Queen bedding, a television, dresser, and a spacious closet. Bedroom 3 features a twin over full bunk bed, is a perfect space for the kids to call their own, and also provides a television. The guest bathroom can either be accessed privately from Bedroom 2, or from the living area for convenience, features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
The complex features Ample parking, and you can also bring your boat. Park your vehicle right in front of the cottage, and no elevators to carry your things up, just a few, easy stairs for entry.
Relax on beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula in Gulf Shores. This quaint cottage is located in the Rookery Community, 15 miles west of Gulf Shores just past the 6 mile marker. The cottage is located in the Rookery Community which offers a large pool, zero entry for the little ones, hot tub for the adults and a tennis court. A Wildlife Refuge borders the cottage, a bird watcher's paradise.
