The two additional bedrooms, both adorned with cozy King and Queen beds, provide ample space for family and friends to unwind, all while sharing a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
A full-size washer and dryer is included, making it easy to refresh your beachwear after a day in the sun.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Two Saltwater Pools (the larger of the two is a zero entry for the little ones), Hot Tub for the adults, Tennis Court, Family Grilling Area. **Golf Carts are NOT included with rental!

*PARKING: The Rookery offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. Parking Passes are $40.00 each + tax and are required for each vehicle. 1 pass is included in your booking and it is up to you to purchase a 2nd pass prior to arrival. Additional vehicles can be parked at our office at no charge. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available on site, but can be parked in the designated area only!

*PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
