IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY III 7001:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: 2 Outdoor Pools, 1 Kiddie Pool, & Clubhouse with restrooms by pool, High Speed, Fiber Internet

*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendor, Island Carts, LLC. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking pass per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. A leash cover is required and supplied for each pet with paid pet fee. The leash cover(s) will be in the unit with your parking pass(es) at arrival. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

The Rookery III Unit 7001:
Nice, newly built (2021) cottage at The Rookery III, located on the Ft. Morgan Peninsula. The Rookery III, located approximately 1/2 mile from the sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, offers two outdoor pools, kiddie pool, and clubhouse with bathrooms.

This unit is nicely furnished offering everything you'll need for your family vacation! The Kitchen features Granite countertops with tile backsplash, stainless appliances, as well as cookware and utensils for preparing your daily meals. The open Living/ Dining is adjacent to the kitchen, and features a table with chairs, and additional seating offered at the kitchen bar.

The Living Room offers two leather sofas with Television, and porch access. The screened porch offers seating with TV, and is a great space for relaxing outdoors without having to battle the elements.

The Primary Bedroom offers King Bedding with TV and private Bath. The Primary Bath offers Granite countertops with double sinks and tub/shower, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. Guest Bedroom 1 offers Queen Bedding and Guest Bedroom 2, or Kids Nook, offers custom built-in Bunks with 2 Queen Beds. Both Guest Bedrooms share a bathroom which features Granite countertops on the single vanity, tiled shower, and is also fully stocked with linens.
