*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (3) Elevators, Indoor & Outdoor Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to beach, Air-conditioned walkway to beachside pool, Hot Tub, Mini Lazy River, Fitness Room

*PARKING: Crystal Tower offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. 1 pass is included in your reservation and will be on the kitchen counter at arrival. Please contact our office at least 1 week prior to your arrival date if an additional parking pass is needed. Due to limited space boat/ trailer parking is prohibited. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Crystal Tower is centrally located on West Beach and offers the only Air-Conditioned Skywalk to the beach! Crystal Tower offers fantastic amenities, such as 2 Outdoor Pools, Mini Lazy River, 1 Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Room, BBQ Area, & 3 Elevators! Unit 1204 offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from not only the balcony but the open living/ dining area, as well as the primary bedroom!

The Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa, additional Sofa, and Flat Screen TV. The open concept Living/ Dining/ Kitchen is spacious.
