SANDY SHORES WEST UNIT 104:

This pet friendly, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with an additional loft area has been recently renovated, and features 3 sliding glass doors over a huge party deck, spacious vaulted ceilings in the living area, wood-look flooring, gorgeous granite countertops, updated bathrooms, new fixtures and finishes throughout. Outside it has almost 400 square feet of outdoor space on two large balconies with both Gulf and Lagoon views - a 40 foot long, very sunny south-facing balcony and another shadier, Lagoon-viewable balcony for when the sun gets hot.

It is ideally located on a narrow strip of Gulf Shores just a 5-minute walk from the Gulf AND a 5-minute walk from a strip of beach on the Little Lagoon. The Beach House bar and grill and Janino’s pizza are each within easy walking distance. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 as is, however there is room for 8 with the including air mattress.

The main living area offers comfortable seating for up to 6 on the leather sofa, loveseat, large TV and two additional chairs. A large dining area table with seating for 6 is also provided. The fully stocked, updated kitchen features an oversize granite bar area with two bar stools, a deep, roomy kitchen sink, air fryer convection oven, all of the expected large and small appliances and a large pantry area for your staples and drinks. In the hallway is a washer/dryer combo.

For remote workers, the unit has 2 separate work areas – upstairs in the loft area features a fully equipped workstation with adjustable standing desk, monitor, keyboard and wired ethernet connection. The master bedroom also has a corner desk perfect for laptops with its own wired ethernet connection. Internet is 100 MBPS fiber.

The primary bedroom features a high-end Sealy king bed, updated private bathroom, large corner television and its own sliding door that leads onto the large balcony. The guest bedroom offers queen bedding, closet shelving for storing your personal belongings, a mounted television and balcony access via another sliding glass door.

The sunny property placement plus the vaulted ceilings in the living area offer a dramatic escape from the usual cramped condo feeling. The loft area is accessed by a spiral staircase and has 2 twin beds along with the already-mentioned workstation.

For cooling off, there is a pool located underneath the condo complex. Outdoor grills are also located by the pool in case you want to prepare your dinner while taking an evening swim.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SANDY SHORES WEST:

*STAIRS: The property is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building and requires climbing 2 sets of stairs.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space. Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly to DOGS ONLY! You are welcome to bring up to two dogs during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $100.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
