IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE WHARF~LEVINS BEND:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (2) Elevators, Resort Style Outdoor Pool, Fitness Facility, Natural Gas Grill on Balcony, Canal Front, On Site Shopping, Dining and Nightlife.

*PARKING: On site parking anywhere in the parking garage. One designated space is located on the third floor of Green Turtle east parking garage and is marked with Unit 505. The code required to access this level will be included in your arrival info. A parking permit is required and will be waiting for you inside your unit upon arrival.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.

THE WHARF~LEVINS BEND UNIT 505:
Ready for a getaway and a night on the town?! At The Wharf you can do everything imaginable including concerts, shopping, dining and even a movie! Warm, sunny days can be spent at The Oasis, which provides a lazy river, pools with waterfalls, and hammocks over a sandy beach. This sought after amenity, is only offered to owners and guests of The Wharf. Although the Oasis is on site, plan to commute to and from by using your personal vehicle, or utilizing the tram offered non-stop during the Oasis pool hours of operation.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit is great for booking a weekend getaway or your family vacation. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing your meals and includes both small and large appliances. The eat-in bar provides a great location for serving, or enjoying your meals and offers seating for 4. A small dining table with seating for 4 is provided as well.
The living area features a New (November 2023) sofa sleeper, 2 New (November 2023) comfortable side chairs, end tables with lamps, coffee table, and a large television for entertainment in your down time. From the living area you can also access the large, private balcony which provides a front row seat to the intracoastal canal. Watch the boats pass by from this 5th floor balcony, or watch the dolphins frolic as you enjoy your morning cup of Joe or your evening cocktails. Also provided on this large balcony is a brand new, natural gas grill and a table with seating for 4.
The Canal front, primary bedroom features a King bed with New Mattress(January 2023) and Box Spring (November 2023), with balcony access, and a private bathroom suite, which includes a tiled, glass shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity, private water closet, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2 offers two Queen beds, a nightstand with lamp, a large closet for storage, and an armoire with television. Both bedrooms feature new carpet, which was installed in January 2023. The guest bathroom is accessed privately from the guest bedroom, or the hallway for convenience, and features a luxurious tiled shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
This unit also includes a stack washer/dryer for that is located in the hallway by the entry door.
The Wharf complex is located at the foot of the Foley Beach Expressway bridge that brings you into Orange Beach.
The Wharf is located just across the waterway from "The Launch", which is the largest boat launch facility in the area. "The Launch" offers a premier site to launch any size boat with six boat ramps, and the ability to park nearly 200 vehicles with trailers.
