IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SUGAR BEACH:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: ,3 Pools, Kiddie Pool, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, Sugar Shack (Poolside Snack Bar), BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Sugar Beach offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, for a fee of $30.00 CASH each. Your parking pass will purchased be from the Guard upon arrival. Sugar Beach has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

SUGAR BEACH UNIT 325:
You'll love all the space this 3rd floor 1 bedroom/ 2 bath unit offers at Sugar Beach. This unit offers in-direct beach views with access only feet away. You will also love all of the amenities offered at Sugar Beach: 3 Pools, Kiddie Pool, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, & seasonal Sugar Shack!

The full kitchen offers both large and small appliances, as well as cookware and utensils. Your guests or kids will have their own privacy @ night in the living room, which offers a sleeper sofa, chair with flat screen television, and closet. A full bath and washer/ dryer are also located on the main floor.

The Bedroom is located upstairs and offers a king size bed with dresser, flat screen tv, and walk-in closet. There is also a private bath upstairs with tub/ shower combo and large vanity.

Sugar Beach also offers two elevators and covered parking.
