IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Two Saltwater Pools (the larger of the two is a zero entry for the little ones), Hot Tub for the adults, Tennis Court, Family Grilling Area

PARKING: The Rookery offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. One pass is automatically added to the booking for a fee of $25 plus tax. If you need to purchase a 2nd pass ($25 + tax), you will need to contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival and arrange a payment method. Parking passes are placed in the unit on the kitchen counter prior to guest arrival. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available, however they are only allowed in the designated area and need to have contact info visible in case they need to be moved.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

THE ROOKERY UNIT 1501:
Enjoy sitting on the screened porch and listen to the wildlife that surrounds you in this development. The LIVING ROOM offers a Television, as well as a sleeper sofa and 2 recliners. The KITCHEN is well equipped with cookware, utensils and appliances – regular coffee brewer but also a Keurig machine. The DINING area is centrally located in the heart of this cottage with seating for 6 at the table and 2 bar stools featured at the adjacent island.

The PRIMARY bedroom offers King Bedding, SMART television and private bath with tub/shower combination. A single vanity is featured and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. BEDROOM 2 & BEDROOM 3 offer a Queen Bedding & SMART televisions. Bedroom 2 offers a VCR and Dish Box while Bedroom 3 is perfect for gaming systems or streaming from your personal devices. Both guest bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens. You will also enjoy a full-size washer and dryer to stay caught up on the laundry!

The Rookery offers two saltwater pools (the larger of the two is a zero entry for the little ones), a hot tub for the adults, a tennis court and a great family grilling area. The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge borders the community, a real bird watcher’s paradise. Easy access to the WHITE, sandy beach is across the street (.4 miles), no crowds, no high rises, watch for dolphins on their daily swims. Take the ferry over to Dauphin Island and visit Fort Gaines & the Sea Lab Estuary. Explore any of the three marked Bon Secour trails, all within ten minute drives. Ample parking, bring your boat, the marina is only 4 miles away.
