IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TROPICAL WINDS:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Gulf Front Outdoor Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Fitness Room, Boardwalk to Beach.

*PARKING: Tropical Winds offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed. 1 Pass is included in your booking but if you need a 2nd pass you will need to purchase it through our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival, your parking pass(es) will be on the kitchen counter in your unit. Tropical Winds has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

TROPICAL WINDS UNIT 603:
Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit located in the heart of gulf shores...Only minutes from shopping, dining, and area attractions. This 6th floor unit offers direct gulf front views and beach access is only steps away.

The living area features a Sleeper Sofa, two easy chairs, television and balcony access. The balcony is set up with table and chairs for relaxing while enjoying the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 4 with additional seating at the bar. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, drip coffee maker & Keurig, and is fully equipped with cookware and utensils.
The primary suite is located Gulf Front, offers King bedding, a television, balcony access, and spacious Private Bathroom, which features a tiled shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2 offers queen bedding, bedside tables with lamps, and also a Television for entertainment in your down time. A guest bathroom is provided and features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is also fully stocked with linens for your stay.

The complex offers a gulf front swimming pool with chaise lounge chairs, a bbq area, and a fitness room.
