The Primary Bedroom is spacious, features a Queen Bed with dresser, ample closet space, and a television. The Primary also offers a private bathroom with tub/shower combo and separate vanity, or dressing area for convenience. The Guest Bedroom offers two Bunk Beds, a Twin over Full and a Twin over Twin, which will accommodate 5 comfortably! The guest bedroom also offers a television and chest of drawers. The Guest Bathroom is centrally located and features a tub/shower combo, and single vanity. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with linens for your stay. The laundry closet is located in the kitchen and offers a full-size front load washer/ dryer.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Alabama Sands is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: This property offers an Outdoor Communal Pool, Communal Charcoal Bar-b-que grills, walking distance to Public Beach Access, No Elevator

*PETS:
This property is NOT pet friendly! Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*PARKING:
This complex offers designated parking for 1 vehicle and requires a parking permit that is included in your reservation. Guest spaces are offered on a first come, first serve basis and availability is not guaranteed, however, you can purchase a 2nd pass from our office prior to arrival. The cost of parking passes is set by each Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. Unfortunately, trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
