*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (4) Elevators, Covered Parking, (2)Outdoor Communal Pools, (2) Outdoor Hot Tubs, Indoor Pool, Workout Room, Sauna, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: Lighthouse Condominiums offers onsite parking. One bedroom units can purchase 1 parking pass and two bedroom units can purchase up to 2 parking passes, which will be purchased onsite upon arrival. Parking passes are $25.00 each. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times. Trailer/Boat parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly. Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines and possible eviction!

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.

The Lighthouse has the best amenities with 2 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, workout room and sauna. The building is within walking distance to the Public Pier. There are LOTS of great restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping, including an outlet mall just miles away and if you can't find what you are looking for you can always use the internet connection to surf the web.
