IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LIGHTHOUSE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (4) Elevators, Covered Parking, (2)Outdoor Communal Pools, (2) Outdoor Hot Tubs, Indoor Pool, Workout Room, Sauna, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: Lighthouse Condominiums offers onsite parking. One bedroom units can purchase 1 parking pass and two bedroom units can purchase up to 2 parking passes, which will be purchased onsite upon arrival. Parking passes are $25.00 each. Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times. Trailer/Boat parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly. Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines and possible eviction!

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Beautiful Gulf Front Bedroom with king size bed, dresser and two night stands, beautiful lamps and décor. Spectacular view from your bed with sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Huge Private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower and separate dressing area with granite countertops. Large walk in closet off dressing area in private bath.
Open kitchen with lots of granite top counter space, huge pantry and bar-stools that tuck under the counter out of the way. Nice table with seating for 6 in the dining area. It folds out to double the size for the table when ready for entertaining. Fold up the top for more space when done! Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, stemware, glassware, tumblers, all size pots, pans and skillets, casserole dishes, microwave cookware, coffee pot, blender, etc. You could make Christmas dinner in this kitchen :)
Beautiful secondary bedroom with King Size bedding, flat screen TV, portable CD/Radio/Alarm clock for all your music needs. Secondary bath gracefully decorated and granite countertops to complete this beautiful bathroom.
