*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*PARKING: Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. You will purchase your parking pass(es) at https://royalgulfbeach.square.site/. The Guard requires an information sheet be completed and turned in upon check-in. The information sheet will be attached in your arrival details sent by email 7-10 prior to your arrival date Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Great Sunsuite located at Gulf Shores Plantation is the perfect size for you and your family! This 410 sq. ft. unit has been completely renovated--new flooring, cabinets, granite, appliances, and furniture! This property offers many amenities--as well as an onsite restaurant--so you can enjoy all the Plantation has to offer while never leaving!

Unit 5102 is located on the 2nd floor directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. This Kitchen offers Granite counter-tops and stainless appliances. The microwave is a convection microwave/ oven in one and the glass cook top offers two electric burners. The Kitchen is compact, however offers everything you will need for a quick lunch or your nightly meals.
