IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ISLAND SUNRISE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Beach Front Balcony, (1) Elevator, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. Island Sunrise has limited parking, therefore only (1) parking pass is included in your reservation. No additional passes can be purchased. Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Island Sunrise Unit 469:
Conveniently located on East Beach, Island Sunrise is close to everything necessary to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. This 1 bedroom/ 1 bath unit has been completely renovated and can comfortably accommodate 6.

The Living Room features a sofa sleeper and a cabinet on the wall next to the television has a Full sized Murphy bed enclosed for additional overnight guests. This space also includes a mounted flat screen television and balcony access. The adjacent Kitchen offers Granite counter tops, stainless appliances and is fully stocked with all of the items needed to prepare any meal or simply order in and enjoy the Dining Area. The Dining Area offers seating for 4 with two adjacent bar stools.

The Bedroom offers Queen Bedding and flat screen tv. A flat screen television is mounted in the master for your enjoyment. The only bathroom offers a tub/ shower combo with tile surround and spacious vanity. Enclosed in the louver door closet is a stack washer and dryer for your convenience.

Island Sunrise offers a really nice outdoor pool and a spectacular boardwalk to the wonderful white sandy beaches that Gulf Shores offers. You are only a few steps away from sticking your toes in the sand when you step off the elevator.
An outdoor grilling area is provided and is also adorned with landscaping and seating. With many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance it will not be difficult to find something fun to do within a few short blocks.

Island Sunrise is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
