*PARKING: Summer Palace is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking. Your parking permits will be obtained from the Guard upon arrival at no charge. Please let the Guard know you are staying in Summer Palace, which is Lot/ House 1.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com. Lot 1/Summer Palace is the first house that you will come to in the complex. A short 6 minute walk will take you to the sand. Many other awesome amenities are offered in this great property!

The large, yet cozy open living and dining area offers a great space to enjoy quality time as a group as well as plenty of seating space for every one.

When booking the duplex as a whole you have the option to keep this door open, or seclude yourself off from the rest of your group.
