IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ISLAND SUNRISE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Beach Front Balcony, (1) Elevator, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. Island Sunrise has limited parking, therefore only (1) parking pass is included in your reservation. No additional passes can be purchased. Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

ISLAND SUNRISE UNIT 265:
Located conveniently on East Beach, Island Sunrise is close to everything necessary to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit is cozy but yet can accommodate 8 comfortably. Enjoy never ending views of the Gulf of Mexico from this beautiful gulf front unit.

Bedroom 1 offers queen bedding and is located Gulf front. Enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the shore while dozing off to sleep. A television is mounted in the primary bedroom for enjoying in your down time. A private bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and features a tile shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2 offers a set of twin over full bunk beds, an additional queen bed. This room also has a television for your enjoyment. A private bathroom is acciessed through the bedroom and features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

The living area features a sofa sleeper for extra overnight guests, a mounted television, and plenty of seating for every member of the family.

Dining in can be an easy task as there is seating for 4 at the dining table and adjacent seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to prepare any meal you could imagine or simply order in and enjoy the place settings that are provided.

Island Sunrise offers a really nice outdoor pool and a spectacular boardwalk to the wonderful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. You are only a few steps away from sticking your toes in the sand when you step off the elevator.
An outdoor grilling area is provided and is also adorned with landscaping and seating.
With many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance it will not be difficult to find something fun to do within a few short blocks.

Island Sunrise is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
