Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor and offers King Bedding, Private Bath with Double Vanity & Standing Shower, as well as a Private Balcony with views of the Gulf. Both Bedrooms 1 & 2 offer Televisions and walk-in closets.
Bedroom 3 features Queen Bedding and Bedroom 4, or Kids Nook, has two Twin over Twin Bunk Beds. Both Bedrooms 3 & 4 feature Televisions, and share a hall bath with Tub/Shower combo. The Laundry Room is located on the main level and offers a full size washer/ dryer, with a Half Bath for guests located just across the hall. Each Balcony offers seating for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, as well as awesome views of Stanton Creek, which leads into Little Lagoon. *PETS:
This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax PER PET. Any damages caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
