IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LAS PALMAS:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Covered Parking, (2) Outdoor Communal Pools, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space. Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces.

*PETS: This property IS NOT pet friendly. Any evidence of a pet on site will result in fines and possible eviction!

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

Great 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit located minutes from the epicenter of Gulf Shores. Las Palmas is located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and many festivals, such as The Hangout Fest, Shrimp Festival, and Oyster Festival. This complex is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and its sandy white beaches with public beach access just down the street. This unit is located on the first floor and has covered parking for 2 cars. The beach can be viewed from the balcony and the 2 pools can be viewed from your front door.
The Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa, two Chairs, & Flat Screen TV with balcony access. The Kitchen/ Dining areas are next to the living room. The Dining Area has a table with 4 chairs and the Kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances (both large and small).
