THE ROOKERY UNIT 2801:
This cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing weekend, or an extended stay, near the beach. This beautifully furnished cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a screened porch for enjoying outdoors without having to battle the outdoor elements.
The spacious, yet cozy Living Area features a Sofa, Love Seat, Easy Chair, & TV for a night in watching movies. The adjacent Kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and both large and small appliances, including a coffee pot, as well as a Keurig. The Dining Area features a large table with plenty of seating including the benches and 2 chairs.
The Primary Bedroom features King Bedding, with dresser, ample closet space, and also a Television, and private bathroom. The private Bath offers a vanity, tub/ shower combo, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2 features Queen Bedding with dresser, chest of drawers, a Television, and also private access to the guest bathroom.
The Kids Nook features a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, with an additional single Twin Bed. This bedroom also offers a TV, and is a great space for the kids to call their own. Both Guest Bedrooms share a bathroom with a single vanity, tub/ shower combo, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Wifi is provided for your convenience, as well as a full-size Washer/ Dryer.

The Rookery is a quiet ONE OF A KIND community, Not a 'party house' but a nice relaxing retreat, which offers a large pool, zero entry for the little ones, hot tub for the adults, tennis court, and BBQ area. A Wildlife Refuge borders the cottage, a bird watcher's paradise. Easy beach access across the street, no crowds, no high rises, watch for dolphins on their daily swim. Explore any of the three marked Bon Secour trails, all within a ten minute drive. Two championship golf courses are located on The Peninsula. Historic Fort Morgan is only six miles away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ROOKERY:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Two Saltwater Pools (the larger of the two is a zero entry for the little ones), Hot Tub for the adults, Tennis Court, Family Grilling Area

*PARKING: The Rookery offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. One pass is automatically added to the booking for a fee of $25 plus tax. If you need to purchase a 2nd pass ($25 + tax), you will need to contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival and arrange a payment method. Parking passes are placed in the unit on the kitchen counter prior to guest arrival. There is designated boat/ trailer parking available, however they are only allowed in the designated area.

*PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
