The Beach is located a short walk or drive from the condo and can be accessed from any of the public beach access points located along Beach Boulevard.

*PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. Overflow parking is located at the south end of the building.

*This is a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING property, both inside & outside, including porches and balconies. Any evidence of smoking or vaping on site will result in fines or possible eviction.

*PETS: This property is NOT pet friendly. Any evidence of a pet will result in additional fees or possible eviction.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.
