*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: This property offers 2 elevators per building, an outdoor communal pool, boardwalk to the beach, free parking, communal lobby with seating.
This property also offers additional amenities that charge fees separate to your booking or reservation. These fees are paid directly to The Beach Club and can only be handled on site. The Club Fees are paid per Unit, not individually and are as follows:

*PETS:
This property is NOT pet friendly! Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

THE BEACH CLUB AVALON 208:
Nestled on the Ft. Morgan peninsula, the Beach Club offers everything you would want in a luxury resort. The Beach Club is conveniently located twelve miles from Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59)--only minutes from exclusive golf courses, theaters, dining, and the Wharf.

This 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath unit is located on the second floor of the Avalon Tower. The Living Room offers two Sofas and Flat Screen Television with DVD, and gorgeous views of the Gulf Of Mexico. Adjacent to the living room is the Kitchen/ Dining Area with plenty of seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware.

Bedroom 1 also has views of the Gulf and balcony access. Bedroom 1 has King Bedding with Television, DVD, and private bath with garden tub and walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom has Queen Bedding with private bath and balcony access (Northern view). The Third Bedroom has two Twin Beds with private bath. Both bedrooms have televisions.
