Entertain effortlessly in the large, sunlit Living Room, featuring a plush sectional, reclining sleeper sofa, and recliner—perfect for movie nights or mid-day siestas. The open-concept Kitchen dazzles with ample cabinetry, stainless appliances, complete cookware, and a center island with bar seating.
Dine indoors or al fresco: the expansive wrap-around balcony invites you to sip morning coffee overlooking the lagoon or dine under the stars with Gulf breezes all around. Downstairs, the ground-level grilling area, picnic spot, and outdoor shower take your waterfront living to the next level.
Located on the main level, the primary suite features a King bed, TV, private balcony access, and a desk for remote work or planning beach adventures. Indulge in the spa-like ensuite with dual sinks, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and a spacious closet.
Three additional bedrooms await upstairs! Guest Bedroom 1 boasts a cozy Queen bed, while the Kids’ Nook (Bedroom 2) is the perfect bunk room with 2 Twin-over-Twin bunks. These rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo. Guest Bedroom 3 is a haven for visitors, with 2 Queen beds, TV, and a private bath of its own.
Bring your boat—there’s plenty of parking, a community boat ramp, and two piers on Little Lagoon for waterfront fun or sunset strolling. After a day on the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower before dinner or a glass of wine on the balcony.
Furry friends are welcome at The Pelican (with leash law compliance and cleanup, please). Enjoy high-speed wireless internet, a security system for peace of mind, and in-home laundry for added convenience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PELICAN:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property.

*PARKING: Covered parking is available underneath the house and additional vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or in/on the street. Parking permits are not required.

*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during
your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid
prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages
caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your
responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at
any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in
being fined and/or evicted.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
